Game Speed Performance Academy offers the most comprehensive performance enhancement, restoration and speed training in Ohio. Our programming features a variety of drills and workouts geared to increase your speed and strength, improve your endurance, and enhance your mental game.
We begin with barefoot training to strengthen the intrinsic muscles of the foot, ankle complex, and lower leg. This method improves proprioception, ankle stiffness for agility, and explosive power, essential for faster 40-yard dash times, enhanced vertical jumps, and on-field agility. This program helps with long jump training, hurdle training, sprinting, and block speed starts for track athletes. It also aids in shock absorption, crucial for performance and injury prevention.
Our approach incorporates all muscle contraction types: eccentric, isometric, concentric, and plyometric. This combination enhances muscle recruitment, bone density, and connective tissue strength—key factors for maintaining power and speed.
