As a cutting edge leader in sports performance training Game Speed Performance Academy offers an innovative approach to training. Our program is sports inclusive program focused on BCF, Balance, Coordination and Flexibility geared to obtain Ultimate Performance.– building on a solid athletic foundation while staying focused on each athlete’s individual goals. Our unique program includes instruction in movement training, injury reduction and rehabilitation, linear and lateral speed techniques, foot speed and agility, explosive power development, proper functional strength training and energy system conditioning. Athletes are closely supervised as the coach takes them through an intense 45-minute warm-up and workout with attention always being paid to proper technique and safety.
Team Performance Training
Works on team dynamics and increasing your athleticism with specific team training programs available at Game Speed Performance Academy facility. As an extension of your program, our Performance Specialists will implement the most proven performance programs available into the training sessions. Whether it’s in-season or out-of-season, team training is great way to get ahead of your competition and to stay healthy and active in your Game longer. The 45 minute training session takes place with one of our Game Speed Performance Academy’s Performance Specialists and focuses on strength and conditioning through fundamental movement skills and athletic development. We can give your athletes the tools to perform better in there Sport.

The ultimate goal of Physical Therapy (PT) is to return an athlete to the level of performance prior to an injury. The most common mistake an athlete can make is to assume that once PT is complete, they are ready to return to practice or competition. Returning too early can lead to re-injury or a life long problem. There needs to be a transition from the end of PT to participation in active sports training is necessary. At Game Speed Performance Academy, this transition is a very important process to get our athletes back to top performance.
Please let the performance coach know of any prior injuries so we can pick up where PT left off. We take you through a 6-8 week post-rehabilitation program using the same elements of the physical therapy program along with additional strength and flexibility techniques geared for returning the athlete to intense performance training. From the initial evaluation, Game Speed Performance Academy trainers can monitor improvement as the program advances to completion. Sessions are conducted two or three times per week and should result in a smooth and injury-free transition for the athlete to return to intense performance training.
Over the years our research has proven the foundation of a child’s motor skill development occurs between the ages 7 to 11. In a wobbly world of new discoveries children within this age bracket require balance and coordination exercises. Game Speed Performance Academy crafted a customized program that was intentionally built around these principles and provides comprehensive cutting-edge training for young people of all ability levels. With a commitment to developing the physical, spiritual and mental attributes, with a specific focus on instilling the core values of hard work, dedication and self-discipline.
Sports stretching helps to make your muscle more flexible, Pliable and stronger by stretching out the fascia (fascia is a structure of connective tissue that surrounds muscles, groups of muscles, blood vessels, and nerves.) It is done by doing different kinds of assisted stretches like PNF (Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) Resistance stretching and Fascial Stretch Therapy. These stretches have proven to increase athleticism.
Game Speed Performance Academy will hold Seminars and Clinics by athletes for athletes that want to improve Speed, Strength, Flexibility, Coordination, Stamina, Agility, Balance, Endurance, Accuracy and Power at any age!
